On my birthday. It was my first time showing up to My Story Cannabis. As I was waiting to be served, I over heard a bud tender explain to a lady it’s her first time she gets half off. I then proceeded to my bud tender and was asked what I would like to purchase. I explained I was a first time customer and nothing was mentioned about a discount. I informed him I would like a Half oz that I noticed on their list. The bud tender proceeded to bring me back my options. During the completion of the transaction, I asked if I get a discount for being a first time patient. He informed me that I do, but not for this product because it was already discounted. Which would’ve been nice to know so I can make a more informed purchase based off of that knowledge. But at this point in time, the product was already in a bag. And it seemed as if to ask him to do his job was Bothersome. I then proceeded to ask for Whatever is offered to patients on their birthday, Which he was aware of, but still chose to avoid informing me that I can receive a free preroll. Until I mentioned it to him. Based off of my experience, I will most likely not go back to this location again there are many other dispensaries that exist in the Arizona Which I frequently visit. And My story will be at the bottom of my recommended list. Happy birthday to me My Story

BEWARE. They advertise deals that they dont honor. Came here to load up on my edible deals. Girl told me to come back tomorrow for it to be half off. Came back the next day, I was told no. They never go on sale. When I told the lady at the front they should probably teach their dealers their sales and products, because i wouldn't have been mad if she didnt deny me service the day before. She advised me to leave a review and a comment. I've been a loyal customer for years now and their customer service is becoming worse and worse. The girl up front could have just apologized and moved on. She was the one who told me to leave a bad review and comment about the customer service here. You know the place is going downhill when even the employees are telling you to write comments and reviews.

Typically, I would rate my experience a 4 or 5; however, I encountered an unsatisfactory situation during my recent visit. I am a frequent purchaser of vape products and flower from your establishment. On a previous occasion, I experienced issues with faulty cartridges, which I discovered approximately a month after purchase. While I acknowledge the delay in reporting, I had just opened the product. This incident served as a learning experience. More recently, I purchased several vape products, including multiple Stiiizy and Timeless items. One of the five Stiiizy pods I acquired ceased functioning approximately halfway through its use. When I reported this to a staff member, I also mentioned that I had previously discussed a similar issue with a manager a week prior, and it was resolved without difficulty. It is important to note that I travel approximately an hour to visit this location due to my positive past experiences. Upon my recent visit to address the faulty pod, I found the budtender to be unaccommodating. The manager, who was subsequently involved, also displayed an unhelpful demeanor, despite my consistent patronage. While the issue was ultimately resolved, the overall interaction left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I am now considering taking my business to an alternative establishment. It is imperative that customers, particularly loyal ones, are treated with respect and professionalism.

This place is not five stars. This place is zero stars how high and they think they are charging as much as they do for simple items. The fact that tumble pre-rolls are as much as they are here the fact that you can’t even get pre-rolls for cheap is ridiculous. They have more than enough flower and they’re up charging ridiculous amounts for terrible, not even good quality flower. This is not the place to look for deals nor is it the place to find actual good dependable prices and flower Zen leaf is right down the street. I would advise anybody else to go to Zen leaf instead literally just go to Zen leaf if they have way better deal with way better prices and a bodega type style where you can shop around for yourself Using a basket they gave you Go to Zen leaf. While I usually like coming to this place I am on a budget. I called to see how many loyalty points I had because it's not showing it online like it usually does. They refused to tell me how many loyalty points I have based on the fact that it would violate HIPAA laws. This is a lie. HIPAA laws apply to medical users not recreational. Not only that the HIPAA applies to medical conditions and personal information. Not how many loyalty points you have on your account I am so tired of dispensaries using this excuse because they're just too lazy to go into their computer and look it up. I don't know how to post screenshots here because I saw that somebody else did but for some reason my phone isn't letting me but if you look it up Arizona State this is not a violation of HIPAA law to tell someone what their loyalty points are. I don't have the gas and the money to run back and forth if I get there and they don't have the loyalty points on my account I can't afford to get what I'm going to get and then I've just wasted gas as well. This is really unacceptable is a simple question that has a simple answer and it is not a violation of HIPAA law. Add another reason I know this is because other dispensaries have given me my loyalty points over the phone. Apparently I'm going to have to find another dispensary. Which is a shame because this one's pretty close and I go to it all the time. It may seem like a moot point to some but I'm on a fixed income and I cannot afford to waste gas.
