The girl who was working the online pickup window was, we will call it less than friendly. I have always had a good experience here but she was so rude. Refused to speak when spoken to and would not give me a bag when I asked for one. Maybe she not deal with customers if she hates people so much

Millie is absolutely amazing! This is by far my favorite dispensary to visit, and the outstanding customer service is a huge part of why I keep coming back. I was helped by Chris, who consistently goes above and beyond, and for the first time I had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Ms. Angel. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and welcoming—so much so that I left feeling better than the product itself could make me feel. Even though I’ll be moving over two hours away, I’ll still be making the trip to stock up here every payday. That’s how much I value the service and care from this team.
