The new owners aren't keeping the same vibe or service level at all. The budtenders feel unfriendly and seem in a hurry to rush customers out the door. Prices have gone up noticeably too. What really stood out was when I asked a few normal questions, I got short, annoyed responses—like I was just bothering them instead of being a customer trying to make an informed choice

I just started to visit this spot and I gotta say customer service is fast AND efficient. I want to give a shoutout particularly to Marcel— First and foremost, Marcel listened to everything I had to say and listened to what I was looking for. So Marcel literally pulled up several options for me, let me observe them and I was beyond happy with what I left with. Fire product, fire price, excellent interaction. Thank you again!!!

I been here few times to actually test the customer servers and knowledge on flower. First red flag was budtender have no knowledge of the bud, and takes alot out of them to explain the buds. Remember not all of us come to smoke for fun. I need knowledge. I feed off knowledge. I dont just put anythung in my body. I dont need someone that just wants shove the highest thc percentage bud in my face. A real budtender will know it doesnt matter on the percentage. Then I can came another to get something cheap to see how they would react this time.. the attitude changed. At first I was welcomed in, and then they hear i buy some small or cheap just then there attitude changes quick. From happy to annoyed. The last and final thing. I go to alot different dispo and the fact i came with family from out of town. To this one hoping itll be different. We came hoping we can come in order together and usually we never have problem. This time we did. They said no, with no explanation. The only risen i didnt give it 1 stars its becuase they do have some good shake and carts. But besides that nothing im not gonna say the time I went or who it was. This is not a 1 person problem. I feel like this is a whole crew problem. So this just a little feed back and I will not be returning becuase there are other dispo that will give me the knowledge, care, support P.s. and yes Im a secret shopper to helpping the people you'll see
