Whether you are going in to inquire about insomnia, tummy troubles, anxiety, arthritis pain etc, they will take the time to make sure that you get the product that you need without making it feel like they're trying to upsale you. I wanna start out by saying that this review has absolutely NOTHING to do with the budtenders at this location. The budtenders they always are extremely nice very friendly have great attitudes! I normally have an awesome experience. This review is in reference to the black female security guard with blue and black braids. Last night I was running a bit late and I thought the stores stayed open till maybe 10:00 pm. I'm running around and just had lost track of time so I get there at 8:57 pm about. She looks at me rolls her eyes tells me I have 30 seconds to get in and out of the store. Just super nasty is usually kind of standoffish and unfriendly when I go there other times. I apologize to my budtender profusely. He was a tall , super chill , friendly, bald white gentleman ( didn't get to get his name). She's still rolling her eyes at me over a 1 gram purchase that took no more than 2 minutes from the door. Just NASTY and rude extremely unfriendly and unprofessional! Was highly uncomfortable experience 😞😕

I just walked into this dispensary, as I was leaning on one of the line rails, Their security staff came up to me and push my arm off the rail, I looked at the gentleman, surprised and asked him why he pushed me, and he said that he already tried to tell me once, but I had my earphones in? I had my right piece in, and then he approached me from my left side, didn’t give me an initial warning in the least bit. I mentioned to the gentleman that next time he should probably try to use his words and ask somebody politely if they could remove their hand instead of forcefully removing it, The gentleman proceeded to clutches gun on his hip and asked me if I had a problem? It wasn’t until then I realize that I was dealing with a hungry man with a gun on his hip. I asked the store staff if they heard what was going on or saw what had happened in complete shock? But it seemed like the whole staff of the store and clientele just didn’t care ? Or didn’t even bother to see what was going on ? but they had all sarcastically said nope and put their heads down. Mind you my hands are in there at this point confused on what’s going on asking this man if he’s OK? This gentleman proceeded to continue to harass me. Until a store manager said that he didn’t want me in there? So he proceeded to kick me out? Mind you, I’m standing in line scrolling on my phone with my right earpiece in and I have somebody push my arm off of a handrail? Then proceed to clutch his firearm when told that he should try to verbally approach somebody instead of physically contacting them first? Never even been to this dispensary, but will never go back. I guess it explains the area that it’s in As well. Very, very unprofessional and very poor untrained security. I will be filing a formal complaint with his company and with the city for this incident.

Samuel was really nice letting me know all the deals and made sure I got everything I wanted. Really appreciated his professionalism and knowledge while still feeling like a friend! I’ll be coming back for the good prices and nice vibe.

This place is my go to for my Med's Great Customer service all the time Love supporting a Local business and watching them expand love the amazing new Art on the wall great for those Selfies for that Content 😍❤️😍❤️ I love Toasted frfr Alex, Timothy ,Isiah, And all the other amazing Budtenders thank you for all you And yes the Security guards up front
