Nirvana Cannabis - North Phoenix

I kept getting messages about specials for this dispensary (good marketing strategy). I was happy it changed from Giving Tree cause the two times I went there it didn't go very well. I ordered online, and was surprised at the decent prices. Showed up and was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Update: went in today at 9pm to get my online order as I got a text it's ready. Hours online clearly state the dispensary is open until 10pm. Budtenders were hella rude telling me they are closed for the holiday. I had two bad scenarios when this was Giving Tree and after this I'm good. Update: Walked in for an online order guy with durag makes eye contact so I walked over and rudely tells me to go stand by the sign and they'll call me over for the guy next to him to call me over under a second....lmao my God. I wanted to give them another chance but man lesson learned.

Please take all good reviews with a grain of salt. They’re running a promotion for positive feedback. The vibe of this place is incredibly off putting. The biggest RED FLAG is that they DO NOT CARD EVERYONE!!! This has to be illegal!! This alone makes me uncomfortable shopping here. The current line system in use is a waster of time and utterly inefficient. It takes 20+ minutes to get service. When you do receive service it is obvious the employees are focused on quantity not quality of service. A worker was seen visibly displeased by a couple taking longer than 5 minutes to select their product. The staff member that helped me was okay. She was not knowledgeable of the product she was selling me (didn’t know the flavors or effects) or on their procedures. When another guest asked her a question about where to go for an online order she didn’t know where to send them. Overall, do not recommend this place. This is my first and only trip to Nirvana.

Top tier place for deals! Love the staff as well, great people and helpful. 10/10 would come back.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION NOR ANY NIRVANA LOCATIONS UNLESS YOU WANT UN-SMOKEABLE DIRT WEED AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went to the Nirvana dispensary on 7th ave and Union Hills for the first time today since they took over from giving tree. Highly an organized, but tender, was not able to give any recommendations and attitude was as if he did not want to be at work. I purchased a $50 eighth Cookies brand Bat Sh!t to be exact Which is a top shelf price for a eighth. I get home. This flower is so dry. I can crinkle up the largest mug with two finger fingers. And it is full of stems. I called them because giving tree had a 10 day guaranteed satisfaction. The woman tells me there’s nothing they can do and that as long as I can smoke it they will not exchange or do anything. Highly unsatisfied And will not be returning. This is ridiculous. Also spoke to Nick who is a “operations manager for 9 locations” stated I will continue to sell this flower and there is nothing we can do. Would not answer my questions. I was offered 25% off on a flower that is sold to the public for 40% off. What a joke
