Ponderosa Dispensary Phoenix

I wish I could rate higher the customer service is great but the products are AWFUL. I've smoked disposable cartridges and have eaten my fair share of edibles over the years and nothing compares to how bad this place is. I first picked up a disposable pen only to open it and find it crystallized. I didnt leave a review at the time because I was able to quickly exchange it and be on my way. The bad review comes from an ogeez 100mg edible. Im no stranger to 100mg but this one made me faint not once but twice and paramedics had to be called. This has NEVER happened to me. My boyfriend who's tolerance is lower than mine also took the same 100mg and suffered no ill effects. Not only did I have a terrible reaction but I was CHARGED TWICE FOR IT and am now in the process of trying to get refunded from Dutchie pay. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dispensary at all cost!!!!!

I have been coming to this location for many many years and Jessica has always had top notch service. A very pleasant face a true OG of the building. Thank you for always treating me right and giving me your t customer service. I really like the change from health to life to ponderosa. Keep up the good work guys!

Should have written this a long time ago. Ponderosa has been my favorite spot for a years and have been thrilled they opened a spot closer to home. Most recently was helped by Joshua who ran me through deli options and his thoughts on brands, strains and what he’s heard. Love coming here where everyone is willing to take the time to share their knowledge and help land on the right product. Makes everything easy and I’ve never been disappointed with anything they’ve recommended. Highly recommend ponderosa to anyone looking to upgrade their dispensary trips, or visiting the valley on vacation

Heather was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, it was a great experience, thank you Heather! There are so many products to choose from with amazing prices it was really hard to decide what to buy, however, Heather was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and very kind in helping me figuring out what I wanted to buy and even what I didn't want to buy LOL. She told me about the great deals on the pre-rolls going on right now, so I thought why not I would try some after it's been years since I've smoked flour. I let Heather choose the ones to buy and she picked very awesome ones so I'm very thankful for that also.

I was so impressed with the knowledge and the customer service given by your staff. It was a really nice little Friday night treat and my only complaint was how many Grön SKUs were out of stock. There were multiple items that I wanted to purchase. But either way, Thank you to your delightful team, they were top-notch!
