JACOB is a total badass! I love Story mostly because of the great budtenders. I became tight with Jen, Matt, and Jacob from my very first visits! I hadn't been taken care of by Jacob in a while so it was great to see him again. He is knowledgeable, kind, and just an all around awesome human being, which this world needs more of! I went back to the store after I got a select live resin cartridge and I was trying to exchange it with another one because I was tasting burnt metallic taste nobody wants to smoke a gram of burnt metal tasting the whole time the same salesperson got his supervisor and the supervisor said that it's not a valid enough excuse and wouldn't even swap it out I didn't care for getting the money back I just wanted another swap out maybe this specific one just lost its quality of taste but apparently that was not a good enough excuse . And yeah it looks fine to the naked eye but once you take your hit it tastes disgusting anyways I burned $30 And said I can't do anything for you. Zero customer service skills this manager at the Dunlap branch I'm not coming back here anymore I will shop somewhere else

First visit to the Dunlap location, I was so impressed with my experience and exceptional service. My budtender was Alyxcia, and I must say she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very sweet. She really took the time to listen to my needs. When I left there I was very excited to try my new goodies she recommended. I think I found my new favorite dispensary. Highly recommend!!
