Love it at jars!! I will add additionally that out of all the dispensaries in Prescott jars has employees that welcome you with a smile and help you every time with politeness. That is the number one. Reason I come back to jars.. All of the other dispensaries, employee bud tenders that do not have a welcoming vibe. They do not take time to show you the product or answer questions and give you attitude. You will not find that at jars you will find employees that love their job and love working with customers! If ever, I forget my reading glasses, they never have a problem reading the percentages to me. Thank you jars for appreciating your customers with or without disabilities.!!!

Chey I was extremely pleasant. She helped me with my needs and then asked me what I was up to today, with genuine concern. I noticed her helping the customer before me and hoped that I would get her because she was smiling so much. It was my lucky day. Thank you so much! It's all about hitting the green lights all of them.

Jars brand concentrates have gone down in quality. The first batch of blueberry headband great. The second I had to return 2 separate products, one for being short on weight, the other for having an unknown contaminate in it. Both were replaced, but that should have never been an issue in the first place. Recently I picked up Gasonade (name might be slightly off) LR and it is horrible quality. Does absolutely nothing medicinally. This is medicine and should be treated as such. Do better please.

He really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and guided me through the options without rushing or making me feel pressured. His sweet and genuine personality made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who not only knows their stuff but also truly cares about helping customers feel confident in their purchase.
