Ashley J and Sierra were amazing! Very knowledgeable, helpful and fun!! Definitely going to come back when I am in the area, not just because y'all have my favorite gummies (Wana) but because the excellent service these two provided and didn't make me feel stupid for all my questions to learn more. If you go by check out their deals and make sure you speak with either Ashley J or Sierra because they will definitely take good care of you.

I would like to say thank you so much to Kat! She was so helpful and so knowledgeable! She went out of her way to help me get what I was looking for because what I went to purchase was sold out. She explained the THCV which was what I wanted in my product and helped me find a replacement! She is fantastic! It was nice to he taken care of by someone who knew her stuff and not just a cashier! Thanks Kat!

Every time I come to Trulieve, the experience is great. I have been coming for a few years now and am a medical patient. The employees usually always have great suggestions, and everyone there is so nice. The online orders are easy to do/pickup, and so is walking in. Last night I came in and had had a particularly tough day, and I was met by such kindness from Peter and Ashley, and it really helped to turn my night around. I want to thank you both from the bottom of my heart! They gave me some really great recommendations that helped out a lot. Love Trulieve, and will be back! Their Medical Mondays are awesome too.

Thank you to the GM Jose, budtender Halle, and the entire staff for the amazing customer service last night as I walked in 5 minutes to close. You greeted me with a smile and was knowledgeable about the rosin I bought. You went above and beyond and I’m grateful.

As medical patient i find it absurd that dispencaries can play games with my medicine. As a consumer, i find that you are an unethical company. If there is exclusions to your discounts, you cannot advertise that the "ENTIRE STORE" is on sale and then in fine print say what the exlusions are. It is one thing that you exclude the products, but it is a whole different thing about the sign in the photo on how you think that it is ok to lie. If the entire store is bogo sale, then there is no exclusions. Just the fact you have sign with small print of the exclusions, but IN BIG PRINT FOR YOUR SALE! Whomever is reading this, can you read the fine print on the picture? Doubt it, i took the picture standing right in front of it and after took the picture i tried to zoom in to read the fine print and cannot. But i am sure you can read, "ENTIRE STORE BUY ONE GET ONE FREE". As a medical patient, i need certain strains to help my ailment. When growers just grow weed, there is ZERO consistenacy. How you would like to get a bottle of aspirin to help your aches and pains. Only to find out that aspirin that was made by a different company did not make it properly. So now you have to take a lot of pills to get rid of your aches. Where as you go to buy "ADVIL" you know you are getting what you paid for. This is no different. I found a different grower, after another one i liked went belly up because of dispensaries NOT paying them; its ROLL ONE, they grow their flower proper, is cured correctly and is CONSISTENT! They have certain strains that help my ailment and they keep having those same strains always the same! I made an online purchase early in the morning, this will be, lets say 8th time making an order when they have a BOGO for the entire store. Needless to say your website has not been 100% correct, as far as errors. Now today out of all the other times ROLL ONE is excluded because of marketing? Whomever the girl at front at the time i was there there needs be educated, because if ROLL ONE is your house brand, then why is it excluded? Because of marketing? Then it is NOT your house brand. The real question is, you the store, knowing that i do come in on your BOGO sale (you pointed out to me that roll one was not part of the sale)to purchase my whole allotment, plus making a rec purchase and you can only offer 30% for medical. Great, so now i have to spend a $100 more than i have all the other times! That what "valued customers" call a slap in the face. It needs to be said, you guys, "TRULIEVE", are the ones that are manipulating your own sales and the fact you cannot satisfy a medical patient that has been buying ROLL ONE whenever you have a bogo sale is kind of pathetic on your part. I do not come in every two weeks either, its maybe once a month. End result, i did NOT get my medicince as being charged full price, not as BOGO special. That is why i made the order to come in to make the purchase, not 30% off only for medical. It was a complete waste of my time and only brought up the other dispensaries manipulating their own $$$$. Order #868654174 Order #228269610 Just so you know who it is writing this review. I got my medical card when i VOTED for it and won. I loved it! Had my own caregiver, had two strains that worked great for me and kept growing it. It was grown properly, cured correctly and was consistent. Then the state of arizona got greedy wanting to tax it and regulate it. No more caregivers. Then the dispensaries got very greedy immediately when it went to rec. From my caregiver i spent $200 for my two oz of medicine. From the dispensaries, $400-$500, sometimes to $700. The fact this transpired today is NOT the first dispensary that has played games, especially with their points system. Trulieve, unfortunately you are no different. Finding out i could have used credit but lost out is your responsibilty considering all the information is front of your face. My review is justified on the fact marijuana is a plant and you have manipulated into greed than rather the reason why you exist, as "MEDICINE"!!
