Pri & Carlos are the best employees. Knowledgeable about the product and the policies. Friendly and patient with new customers. Keep them around. Give them a raise or a promotion with higher pay and benefits. Solid individuals with phenomenal costumer service abilities.

Always a pleasure to visit the store. Today Carlos was my budtender and he was polite, humorous and obviously had a connection with his customers as I got to watch him pleasantly joke with other guests about previous conversations! Great experience. I would also like to specifically mention Dom and Mandalyn ( prayers on the spelling there, but it feels like a fail ) as they are always rockstars! Thank you all.

Dom :) was the best! He took his time to listen to me and I have never felt more heard before. I tend to get anxiety in public places and go right to babbling. I have seen it frustrate even the most experienced at their job when in a hurry. He did not rush me AT ALL. I could tell he didn’t JUST listen to me, he HEARD me. I got the best bang for my buck and cute accessories. He even took my advice to try CherryJubilee scent beads from Downy. Others would have ignored me as I babbled about Downy, NOT DOM. Well let’s just say it DOM IS THE BOMB!! I have almost 10 yrs experience as a dispensary customer in Sedona and surrounding areas. He is the best. Keep being awesome Dom. And if he isn’t already: PROMOTE THAT MAN TO HEAD TRAINER! Thanks Dom and Merry Christmas to you and your family ❤️ Ratatouille also appreciates your thoughtfulness.🫶🏻 he wanted me to add this picture and show you he does have one manly jacket hahaha😆 🩷 Amanda and Touille
