So they had online advertisement saying 1st time buyer gets 50% off and I got there to be told that they don't do that anymore however they had it online which was the reason I paid $30 for the ride there to be told when I got there, the exact opposite. Usually any dispensary i go to is pretty packed or has a good amount of customers. There was NO one really there but maybe 2 others, and outside I was recommended to jars which is usually THE place to go with deals and friendly workers. I just figured Hey who is gonna PASS on a 1st time buyer 50% off 🤷🏽‍♀️😂 lol I mean everyone has different experiences I just WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN unfortunately not to spend $30 on a ride & be told opposite then advertise & idk I say you might have a better experience I'm just going off of mine :)

“We’re closed big dawg” is the first thing I hear as I get off my car. Mind you (I’m a woman) and not to mention this is my first time here. I asked what time they closed because google said 10pm and it was around 9:02ish. He gave a sarcastic response and proceeded to close the door. I mean I get it man, when it’s closing time I wanna get out asap too but my store actually has the correct business hours on google. Not to mention I drove 12 miles to go there specifically 🤷🏻‍♀️ But hey who am I amirite? Won’t be going back.

Twice they’ve sold me items that was empty. The same guy that works desk typically became rude and mildly pushy. I could sense maybe a high lack of confidence. Do to lack of customer service, the employee, maybe managers attitude. They lose a customer. I have no plenty of money , I wasn’t even asking for a refund. He felt that I was accusing them of stealing stuff. Maybe he has guilty conscience. Because I was far from that. Whoever owns this one, you just lost I’d say pretty loyal customer that spends a good amount of money here. Then word of mouth is everything. I’d highly recommend finding someone else to work the front desk. This will make a business fail.

Long time D2 customer. First time coming to this location. Shabelly took great care of me and helped to make sure my needs were met. It's my birthday so she made sure to help me redeem the best deals o could. Just moved to the area and this will be my new home store and I'm very pleased with it.

"I had an excellent experience here and will definitely be returning. The staff is not only friendly but also incredibly efficient. Everything was spotless, which is a huge plus. My time there was quick and smooth because the people working were attentive and helped me navigate right to what I needed. It's refreshing to find a place that excels at both customer service and speed. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt completely at ease. The staff greeted me with a genuine smile and were so quick to help, even though it was busy. They were very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any fuss. It's a welcoming and efficient place that clearly values its customers."
