Fine Fettle - Bristol Dispensary

I have been coming to this dispensary for about a year now and I have no complaints. The products are always fresh, everyone is always very friendly, and they offer a nice rewards system, as well as guidance to getting a medical card to help with cost. One employee stands out among the rest for me. Sean has gone above and beyond to help understand the process of getting a medical card. He answered my questions knowledgeably and professionally. Sean has also gone out of his way to help me outside of the work environment with some unrelated topics and issues. Sean has demonstrated a type of kindness and understanding that you don’t see too often these days and it is so refreshing and greatly appreciated . Fine Fettle is lucky to have someone like Sean on their team who displays a level of professionalism and care both inside and outside of work. I have nothing but respect and kind words for Sean and I sincerely hope he gets the recognition he deserves. That being said, all of the employees are always very kind and professional. I don’t have anything negative to say about this place. Connecticut taxes can get a little crazy but the people here are more than happy to help you with the medical card information. And, like previously stated, they have a rewards program and deals going on all the time. Between the options we have here in Bristol, I would say Fine Fettle wins the race. Give them a try, you’ll have a good time! Great staff, great product, reasonable hours, clean store. What more could you ask for?

John is the most helpful person! He taught me how to look for strains based on the effect I want and was incredibly helpful in making my purchases today. Super friendly and kind. Great guy!

Our first time visiting Fine Fettle Cannabis Dispensary in Bristol, CT turned out to be an unexpected treat, as we unknowingly walked in during their Fettle Fest! The celebration was just getting started, but we still walked away with some fun freebies—a T-shirt and a cupcake to sweeten the experience. The dispensary itself had great energy, with friendly staff and a welcoming vibe. Even though the vendors were still setting up, you could tell it was going to be a fun event with great community spirit. The place was clean, the service was on point, and the good vibes were contagious! Definitely a spot to revisit.
