I love this place. Everyone is super nice and understanding. Prices are good too, rarity in CT. If you order online, you won't get in store discounts. But you can transfer it to a in store order when you get there. Hopefully they'll integrate a better system for members like me. Fast and great recommendations for anything you need. I'll be buying here for now.

Hello, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit to your store. I stopped in for the first time this past Friday after being a long-time Zenleaf customer. I had a great first experience, and the pharmacy manager, Dan, was kind enough to add three coupons to my account to encourage me to make the switch. I really appreciated that gesture and the discount—it made a great first impression. I came back today to use my second 25% off coupon and asked before shopping if it would stack with the in-store sale. I was told yes. The team member assisting me seemed newer, but the manager, Brynn, who stepped in to “help,” was extremely unprofessional. When my total didn’t decrease as expected, I politely asked if my reward had been applied. Brynn curtly responded, “You don’t have a reward—that’s just something we do.” I asked if the reward could still be added, and while the new associate tried to help, the total only dropped by $1. When I questioned this, Brynn appeared irritated, clicked around on the computer, and told me she was “just giving me 30% off” because she didn’t know what was going on. I left feeling very uncomfortable with how I was spoken to. The issue wasn’t the $5 difference—it was the dismissive tone and lack of professionalism. Even the new associate apologized for how the situation was handled, which speaks volumes. At this time, I have no intention of using the last coupon on my account. I hope this feedback helps ensure other customers receive the respectful and transparent service they deserve. Thank you for your time Samantha Sheridan

I visited Trulieve for the first time back in June and to be honest, I was planning to go to a competing dispensary when I drove past Trulieve and decided to stop there instead. I was pleasantly greeted upon entry and was then taken care of promptly, with all of my questions answered kindly. The manager then recognized that I was a new customer and was greeted, then informed of the discounts I would be receiving. All in all, very happy that I stopped there and will definitely return for all of my dispensary needs.

Thrilled to visit the Bristol Trulieve. Emily up front was very helpful. Tim the manager helped me see the value in a medical card and working with a pharmacist for complex medical conditions. My husband liked shopping for his enjoyment.
