Bought 0.3mg of a disposable, non-rechargeable pen. I used a little under half before the battery died. Purchased 01/05, battery died 01/11. I tried to reason with someone who worked there todaywho said it was not replaceable because the product was used up. If the battery dies and there’s product in it still, then I didn’t get what I paid for and it is double the price of what I get online. I was desperate to have a good weekend so I paid the convenience tax to not even get to use the entire disposable vape. I won’t even come here if I am desperate again because the guy clearly can see that it was dead and contained more than half of the product remaining and wouldn’t even consider that it’s unfair to sell dead non-rechargeable vapes to people. Expensive, and the guy I talked to tonight gave me a nonsense answer that I have a “time limit” to smoke them. Never knew there was a “time limit” to use a disposable vape. Bypass this place for sure.

When I was here the receptionist Naomi helped me out. Not many people would go above and beyond but she did. Would recommend 10/10 service!

My experiences here have always been perfect! All of the staff are always super nice and caring. The place is always super clean and it’s nicely organized. The iPads make it easy to use to find what I want. The displays are also nicely put. And the point system is very good! I definitely recommend this place to everyone, 10/10 experience every time!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review for Octane Cannabis – Enfield, CT This was my second visit to Octane Cannabis, and I have to say—this place continues to impress. It’s a clean, well-organized shop with a great vibe and a super personable staff. From the moment you walk in, it feels like a local small business that genuinely cares about its customers and the community. They’ve got an awesome selection of glass—tons of unique pieces in all shapes, colors, and price ranges. Whether you're a collector or just looking for something functional, there’s something here for everyone. I went with the vape carts this time, and I’m really happy with the product so far. They’ve got solid deals, especially on bulk buys, which is great if you’re looking to stock up without breaking the bank. What stood out most was how excited the staff seemed to get involved in the local community. They kept mentioning ideas and future plans, and it’s clear they’re not just here to sell—they want to be a positive force in Enfield. That kind of energy makes a big difference. I’ll definitely be coming back to check out more of their inventory and support what seems like a promising new local spot. Highly recommend stopping in if you haven’t yet.
