I've had diarrhea more reliable and prompt than the service I received at this business. I placed an order for drive through pickup around 6PM, and received an email at 6:04PM that my order was ready for pickup. Arriving at 6:40PM, I waited in the drive through while I watched an employee eat chips, ice cream, and walk around the store numerous times for 20 minutes before I received service. Although the employee was kind and professional when speaking the prices are great, the product is wonderful, but the level of service was as abysmal as the economy currently is.

Very helpful customer experience. Honored my discount even tho from another location. Same store. Cureleaf will match any prices. This is the only downfall.

If, or when--(hoping very much so it's a matter of "when" and not an "if"!) the fully-live cannabis market in Connecticut ever stabilizes the way bordering states have, you guys are going to see biz soar...My personal experience has been awesome with this facility, interactions great, folks are knowledgeable of the product. This isn't an easy industry to work in,and you folks here could easily go over the state line and fare far better working at those dispos,minus the flack given to you by the general (and usually uninformed yet understandably frustrated ) cannabis consumer of both medical and recreational, but staying with it here in Enfield shows gusto. The average reviewer that's getting angry about the prices don't understand the issues at hand...tanks your overall ratings, but keep going guys!

Venecia, along with the other staff, was very friendly and helpful with the questions I had regarding my purchase for today. Along with future purchases. The building is clean and easy to access. Plenty of parking, and, the weed is good. Having a rewards system and sale prices is a nice plus too 🙂

The staff was super friendly and welcoming, I’m somewhat new to this industry but they made it super easy to figure out what would work best for me and were very accommodating. Victoria was super kind and while new, she was very knowledgeable in the field and helpful with recommendations! Highly recommend.
