Chronic Guru Dispensary & Farm - Apopka

My brother in law lives in the area so I visit frequently. I went to at least a dozen smoke shops in the Apopka and Orlando area.. and this is by far the best quality out of all of them (specifically for flower). I’m from NY where brands like rhythm and rolling green are king.. this was just as good (especially for the price). If you’re a cannabis snob like me (thanks to the legal northeastern market) you will be glad you found this place, stop getting dirt or terp sprayed buds and come check these guys out. Highly recommend

I don’t understand some of the negative reviews. This place has been my go to spot ever since I moved down here from New York. I’m used to NY dispensaries & compared to the pricing it’s just about what I would expect from a place like this so no surprise there. You pay for good product that actually works very well! Side note: Try the baked edibles!

Lots of great reviews! Seems like such a great company. Try anyone else out there and there are plenty. You will quickly see there is nothing special about Chronic Guru. Their prices are high. Their shipping is slow and very inconsistent. Don't pay for expedited shipping. It's the same as regular shipping, but they do charge extra for the same service. Don't be fooled. Their 4.8 rating comes from people who are happy they got their weed. The fact they paid to much and received bad service is irrelevant. Look anywhere else and you will find better product and better service.

This dispensary is amazing from its products, from their wide selection of edibles and flowers to their various locations. I’ve recently noticed a recurring issue with pricing on multiple occasions where I’ve been overcharged. When I’d notice it I would have to point this out to employees several times, and the discrepancies have sometimes been as much as $3-10 more than the actual total. Even when talking to employees I’d have to verify with them 2-3 times about the cost by adding it up on a calculator proving the price isn’t matching. Today it happened again but the gentleman was very respectful about it. And figured out a sample pack was added on the price on the computer by accident. I believe this is an important issue that needs to be addressed. I’ve wanted to bring this up with management but haven’t followed through due to the awkwardness of addressing it up in a small store front where other employees and customers are around. I hope this feedback reaches someone who can review the transactions and ensure everything is accurate, especially since payments are often made in cash.

Amazing customer service! Very nice, courteous, and quick! Helped me out whenever my package wasn’t there on time from their end (not their fault at all, delivery’s), and also filled out the lost package form for me! Shannon was amazing. If I could rate 6 stars, I would!
