I can’t say enough good things about my local Trulieve. The employees here truly make the experience what it is. I wish I could remember all of their names, but I always remember their faces — and that says a lot. Every single time I walk in, I’m greeted with kindness, patience, and real knowledge. I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone on the staff. No rushed attitudes, no judgment, no confusion — just people who actually care about helping you find what you need. They take the time to listen, explain options, and make sure you leave feeling confident and taken care of. It’s rare to find a place and especially a Trulieve where the customer service is this consistently solid across the board. From the front desk to the budtenders, everyone is friendly, professional, and welcoming. This location has set the standard for how dispensaries should be run. I’ll continue coming back not just for the products, but for the people. Truly one of the best teams around.

Five starts isn’t enough. Janelle is absolutely incredibleeee. I love her. She is very knowledgeable of the products, friendly, and it’s an all around good experience when she’s there. Her knowledge is far superior than the rest, she has flawless timing and a vibe that keeps everyone happy and spending. She gives me and my friends (and I’m sure every customer) real connection which lacks these days. GO Janelle!

Can't say too much here, but what I can say is that I am rarely disappointed and often I'm impressed. The help is really friendly and will answer your questions no problem I'll give you some ideas if you need and never had them not fix a problem or an issue and they always make it right. The best thing about them is their exceptional wide variety of everything you can imagine or want from a dispensary. 80% of the time the prices are absolutely crazy and seems to me the deals just keep getting better because they can find a reason to have a holiday on every day of the week practically if they wanted to and there's always deals leading up to a holiday, during the holiday, and sometimes they even extend the holiday deals. From my experience I would also say they treat everybody like they are the best customer. I don't go anywhere else either!

I share this review with disappointment. I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for a long time and usually have positive experiences. This past Saturday, a polite and knowledgeable young man helped me place an order. Everything seemed fine until the transaction took a turn. I placed a $20 order and, since I didn’t have cash, paid by card. That added a $3.00 fee, bringing the total to $23. Before giving me my receipt, the employee stepped away and brought over a manager, explaining that I didn’t have enough prescription to complete the order and a refund was needed. The manager, a thin woman with long nails and cat-eye makeup, handled the refund. She returned only $20, closing the drawer without addressing the $3 fee. When I asked about it, she told me the fee couldn’t be refunded, but offered 10–15% off my next purchase instead. I explained that if no service or product is provided, basic business procedures would call for a full refund, not a partial one. Her response felt dismissive, as though I had inconvenienced her. I told her I was moving and preferred my money back over a future discount. Only then did she abruptly reopen the drawer, hand me the $3, and say “thank you, have a nice day” in a tone that suggested I had done something wrong. As a long-time customer, I found the whole interaction unprofessional and disappointing. A simple refund should not feel like pulling teeth, all over $3.00.

Just discovered this dispo right around the corner from me, what an incredible find! Everyone was very friendly and we were greeted instantly by anyone who saw us. I placed a pick up order and was in and out in about 6 mins so the wait time isn’t bad unless it’s busy, usually they have 3/4 registers open at one time. The selection is abundant and the prices are good. All in all this hidden little gem is the perfect place if you need to pick up your meds :)
