I had been buying from a different dispensary for about the last year give or take. Switching to Rise was the best decision I've ever made! I got my first delivery today. I really have to emphasize my experience with Rise! My customer service experience: The people at the counter are incredibly kind & knowledgeable, the people answering the phones are the epitomy of respectfully helpful, and the delivery drivers, Lauraine & Steven, we've above and beyond to be friendly, kind, EXTREMELY prompt, and patient. Not only that but given I have transportation difficulties the $50 minimum for FREE delivery (within the designated area) is the best delivery deal within both Collier and Lee counties. Thank you to everyone at Rise who made my experience such a pleasant one from start to finish. I will be returning and recommending RISE to others looking for a quality dispensary! Happy holidays!
