Tell me the wrong medical card information after looking up account, I’ve heard workers complaining about not being able to go out back and smoke a blunt when I’m waiting. Service left me a message to call them just to tell me it was a mistake and waste my time. Multiple devices either leaked, stopped working. I ask for my receipts from past purchases they told me to look it up myself, they cannot send it to me. Go elsewhere, get actual service with a smile and people who know what they’re talking about. Not bad attitudes and bad info.

DO NOT CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU GENUINELY WANT A SOLUTION TO YOUR ORDER ISSUES.
This isn't a retail shop; it's a test of endurance designed to fail anyone who genuinely needs their medication. I rely on this product for severe anxiety and pain management, and due to a travel issue, I was entirely out. This was an urgent need, not a casual purchase. The overflowing line caused me to have a panic attack, I was shaking, short of breath, and sobbing. The line was so slow i had to leave due to my obligations at work.
The real issue came when I phoned customer service. The woman lectured me on moral standing and the fact that “i was not entitled to cut the line” despite having placed my order as a pickup two hours prior. Then she hung up on me and told me to “have a wonderful day” when I called back I was told they would transfer me to a manager and they did not. (Note: I was not asking to skip the line, I was simply trying to explore my options for switching my order to delivery.) This establishment clearly has no process, no compassion, and no respect for patients with legitimate medical needs. They are happy to take your money, but absolutely refuse to offer a shred of customer service or human decency. If you have any anxiety issues, or simply value your time and mental health, do not set foot in this dispensary.

Customer service is lacking. I brought a battery in because the vape and battery welded together. The manager said multiple times that I must have kept it in the heat. I told her 10 times I keep it on my nightstand all the time. It seemed like she was accusing me even after I assured her it wasn’t. I just gave them my damaged product and assured them I would not return.
