It is very sad that they are not allowed to have tips. Every other dispensary is allowed to get gratitude. Today was my first time visiting! Lilith was absolutely amazing, she was very patient and super knowledgeable. I got exactly what I wanted because Lilith took the time with me to do research on each strain that I was considering. I appreciate her so much for that, it really makes a huge difference! Lilith gets 5 stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ I wanted to tip her but I see Surterra doesn't allow tips. I suggest Surterra give Lilith a pay raise to acknowledge her work efforts! She is a valuable employee and I would want to keep her happy if she was my associate! 😀 Surterra gets 4 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Give your customers the option to tip or give Lilith a pay raise and Surterra would have 5 stars in my opinion.
