Always had great experiences until last order. Both phone call and store visit were less than helpful. Since this passed in 2017 all dispensaries are pretty good at making recommendations based on their customer feedback and possibly personal experience. My order was too large and I had to remove some items. I asked if they could simply keep the ones they recommend with the best feedback out of the ones chosen. "No, we are not really comfortable making choices like that for you because we are not sure what you will like or prefer." Like I really have any experience with products called PB and Smelly or Donny Burger!? So just pick things I like the name of? Maybe this process should be more automated if the employees are "uncomfortable making recommendations like that".
