Really enjoyed this location when it comes to their vapes but today had a different experience with the general manager. Tried to exchange a product within 7 days of purchase. The manager apparently didn’t wanna accept it. Said it had to before 7 days, which is different from what the receipt says. So, if you want to exchange make sure you do it on day 6, or else they won’t help you. A bit of a shame since all the employees are so friendly. The GM should probably take notes from her employees to try and fix that horrible attitude.
