Jeff tre and ivone rock they always take care of me when I come into the store even when the deals aren’t ready, they let me know what’s up. Yvonne always has the best recommendations. Jeff always has the best deals I come from all the way from Homestead.

Worst place to shop unless your desperate. There are other locations that may be better than Cutler Bay but i cant say. I do know that there are other local companies who are well trained and knowledgeable. All other shops treat you much better and provide better level of service.Trulieve feels generic and reminds me of a goverment wellfare office experience. They are cheap and continuously change their rules and policies whenever its convinient. Stuff is not trained well at all.

I love trulieve. But this location at Cutler Bay Are the laziest, unmotivated employees I've came across on. These people have a line of 5 waiting while 3 people behind the register taking care of only on person. I stopped before work. The tall dude flirting with a patient made it even longer. He just walks around drinking his orange juice. Can ask for any help. South beach location goes above and beyond to help you. These people do the bare minimum. I walked in with a set amount and looking for something specific. It got to the point I gave up on asking for help cuz it seems like I was just bothering him. That guy has the worst customer service. They do the bare minimum with No sense of urgency and seem to think people have all day to just relax and wait. They hate helping, they hate working. They got a attitude when u don't have tip money for them. I hope they close this location down. I hate shopping here. Worst energy I ever experience at any trulieve. The complete opposite of the south beach location.

I visited the Trulieve in Cutler Bay for the second time today, and I have to say this visit really stood out. On my first visit, I was helped by a couple of newer employees who were clearly well-trained, and the experience was good overall. But today, I was helped by Annie, and she went far above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced at any dispensary. I’ve been to just about all of them, and this was the first time someone truly broke down the details for me in a way that made sense. Annie took the time to explain terpenes—what they are, what the numbers mean, and how they affect strains—something I had always heard about but never really understood. She made sure I left with not just the right product, but also the knowledge behind it. Trulieve often gets compared to the “Walmart” of dispensaries, and while some may not mean that positively, I take it as a compliment. I bought a Samsung TV from Walmart 10 years ago and it’s still running strong—so bigger doesn’t mean lower quality. If every employee at Trulieve carried the same knowledge, passion, and customer care that Annie does, this company would be on another level. Because of her, Trulieve is now one of my top two go-to dispensaries. Kudos to Annie for setting the bar so high.
