I’m a happy regular but the only problem I have is that I think roll one prices should go down to at least 20 or 25 being the most 30, 35 too much. “This is A Corp issue” Staff is amazing very patient and passionate people✅highly suggest for a good dispensary in the area. Thank you and Happy Smoking. Been coming here for 6years. Wish the prices would drop due to the economic downturn/ Flower falling off the shelves. Until then that’s my only issue though.

Bianca was an absolute star! She and the team made me feel so welcomed and comfortable when purchasing for my first time in a new state. She was knowledgeable of the products offered and their current sales and promotions. She was just perfection honestly. 100/10 will be coming back.

Previous review got deleted for some reason!! I ordered EXPRESS pickup because I’m not feeling well and wanted a quick, low-stress visit. I also came close to closing specifically to avoid a crowd. Despite ordering online, I was required to show my ID twice—once at check-in and again at the counter. I understand verifying identity at payment, but the additional ID check after already checking in feels redundant and slows down what’s supposed to be an EXPRESS process. They called me back immediately, which initially seemed great, but then my transaction turned into a training session right before closing. I was told they “needed to update my profile,” but nothing had changed and my order had just been placed online. It came across as using an EXPRESS pickup customer for training and then giving an excuse for the delay. If EXPRESS is being offered, it should prioritize speed and patient comfort. Please tighten the process and be more considerate.Q

Got my medical card and was so excited to go to Trulieve. My friend warned me this wasn’t the best location. HOLY RUDE. I was a newbie. Did everything right. Checked my email. It says “it’s your turn please see an associate”. So I walked back and was chastised for walking back there. Apparently there is supposed to be an employee up front. There was not. I apologized and told them I was following my alerted instructions. So now it’s not my turn and the waiting room is full of people. I LEFT and drove to another dispensary in Orlando where product was HALF THE PRICE. Bye Trulieve.
