My first time shopping at Surterra and I will be back. Tommy helped me and he was kind and very knowledgeable. The store is spotless and the whole experience was great. Plus you get 60% off your first two visits for new customers! I only wish there was a tip cup for the staff.

Honestly, Surterra completely fell off of my radar a few years back. I live nearby, and it is super convenient, but I had issues finding my preferences. However, the other day I recieved an email about some absurd sale that included prerolls. I am a big fan of prerolls, so I initially ordered a few packs to check them out. They were good!! So the next day I went back and basically got all the ones available. FIRE!!!. Also, I used to be dissapointed by the concentrates, but I picked up some shattered that was very good. I am actually going back today for crumble. The staff is chill. Emily took care of me the first night, then I returned Thursday with a larger order and was helped by two very knowledgeable men who actually told me their names, but I forgot 😅. It was yesterday at noon or so. Anyway ..things change...great stuff Surterra!

First time at Surterra highly recommended by my uncle and it was a great experience. The facility has ample parking and is beautiful inside. I walked up to the counter and was greeted by the team there. As a first timer I was a little anxious but Spencer helped me out pulling up all my details and getting me set up with a rewards account. He then walked me through the promo’s available and answered any and all questions I had on the products and lines. I had already researched them online but I understood it a bit more now. Super grateful for his help. Will be back. Products are great with the variety of strains available and different types. The back patches and muscle cream are amazing.

This spot is very close to me & their awesome with service & have great prices/deals ALL THE TIME. I shared pics of my lil pickup. 1st time trying the 2g hash coin,it's fresh & not dried out at all. Love me some GG4 in kief & 1/8 of Gelato 41 🍃🔥. Overall good first time visiting this specific spot, I live on the west Coast in Sarasota area so glad to see they have a good location right by me when I'm in town. Good vibes always 😎✌️
