Surterra, in south Fort Myers is a great place to shop. It was only my third visit here and I wouldn't go anywhere else. On 1/27/26 Richard & Liz were behind the counter. They were both knowledgeable about there products however, Richard was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any and all questions I had and then some. Its a pleasure shopping here and absolutely NO negative vibes! My only issue, after all the help that Richard & Liz gave me, there professionalism and educating me, I wasn't allowed to tip them and feel this is unfair!

I had an awesome experience at Surterra recently! The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Shoutout to Jake—he was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything without rushing. He helped me find the perfect products for my needs, answered all my questions in detail, and made the whole process easy and informative. Blueberry Waffles, Reckless Driver, and Blueberry Mojito are HANDS-DOWN the three best strains I've had all year from any dispensary. If they keep making those three, then i will never shop anywhere else ever again! Plus, it's a clean store and the staff is nice, knowledgeable and friendly.
