Trulieve Fort Pierce Dispensary

Everyone in here is so kind and sweet ! But today my boyfriend got excellent service this afternoon an amazing staff hooked him up with her favorite. Let me tell you much appreciated it’s amazing ! But much love everyone in there always in a good mood such good vibes ALWAYS !!

The worst location ever!! I usually love this dispensary but this location just flat out took money out of my pocket. What I picked out was $101.24. I added a $30 special. That equals $131.24. The guy charged me $150. What I went in to say something when I realized it he tried to say nothing was wrong and then when I pointed it out, only gave me back $10. So $8.75 I guess just goes to his pocket. I am beyond disappointed and can’t believe they would do this the day before thanksgiving. And I have my receipt to prove this claim. I also had the right amount of cash in hand. When he told me my total I was confused but didn’t question it at first. I didn’t have enough cash so I had to use the atm which was a $6 service fee between the atm and my bank. So in all they cost me $14.75.

Thought I'd give Trulieve another chance, but my most recent visit reminded me why I always go literally anywhere else (but usually Surterra because they have the best deals and great customer service). Anyways, while I arrived 15 minutes before close to pick up an order I placed online, the staff refused check in any of the customers in line with me, and waited until a minute before close to tell us that they close in 1 minute and unless you were already checked in they would not be helping you. Every other shop I've been to simply locks the door at close, but still helps the people that were there before close, as they should because this is a medicine many people need to function normally. But also, if the staff was planning not to help the people in line, maybe they should have said that when we got there instead of having us wait until close to tell us they were not going to be helping us. I had to use a ride share service to get to Trulieve, so I had to pay for every minute I waited in line, and then didn't even leave with what I came for. TLDR - Trulieve sucks and will not be getting my business ever again. If you're thinking about going to Trulieve, don't.

I absolutely love this store. I do not shop anywhere else. I have been going to this store ever since it opened up; I have been through all of the various workers, managers etc. Amber and Jamilyn are the BEST. Absolute best. I refuse to go anywhere else. I will even go here before I go out of town. It must be personal, because the service here is beyond all expectations. That goes for EVERYONE who works here. I feel they are all members of my family. I talk to them like they were my brothers or sisters. I would recommend this store, THIS ONE SPECIFICALLY, to anyone. Even if they aren't fans of Trulieve (which I mean why? Best cannabis store hands down) try this location. This is a little shop of wonders, at it all starts with the people running it; who are PURE GOLD. I love you all.
