I am a regular at this establishment and have been for several months. I went in today expecting to spend my $25 birthday credit after purchasing $65 worth of product. The young man that was assisting me caught an attitude when I politely asked three times to speak to the manager. He threw my products in the bag, snatch the bag off the counter, proceeded to mumble and storm off to the back and slam doors. I told him when he returns he could keep his attitude and if he had an issue, we can handle this outside in the parking lot. The lady that was there came from the back and try to take up for him. I told her to stay out of it because she was not here when this took place. All I did was ask to speak to the manager and all this transpired. I have no need or want to ever return here. I don’t care what they say or try to offer me. There are plenty other dispensaries in the state of Florida let alone, Daytona Beach, and I will find other ways to get what I need. When I got home, I tried to contact fluent by their main number I was on hold for almost an hour each time. Normally when I call I am on hold no longer than five minutes.
