The only reason they’re getting a revite is because their reward system sucks…. So you’re saying we earn points to use but can’t be used if you have discounted items. Why would you even have a reward system if you can’t use it when 98% of the time the product is on sale

Products are ok. Trying to place online orders and navigate the glitchy website is a pain!!! No chat services to get help. Calling a number and being placed on hold to try to place an order is ridiculous, especially when trying to get sales just to be told sorry sold out, oh i also had it happen after my order was filled i drove from palm bay to this location to be told items were missing. Orders get bumped offline for no reason so having to track them just to make sure. Ordering ahead to wait in line defeats the purpose of ordering ahead too. Buying alcohol isn't this complicated!
