The customer service at this Surterra Wellness location has been consistently excellent, and that is entirely because of Sarah and Ryan. Ryan, in particular, always looks out for me and provides exceptional customer service every single visit. He is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive. Ryan takes the time to listen, answer questions thoroughly, and make recommendations that are actually tailored to my needs instead of rushing the process or pushing products. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and wants them to leave feeling confident and satisfied. That level of consistency and professionalism builds real trust, and it’s something I appreciate every time I walk in. Sarah is just as outstanding. From the moment you interact with her, she makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. She is friendly, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable, and she explains everything clearly without making the experience feel overwhelming. Sarah takes her time, checks in, and ensures you feel confident in your decisions before moving forward. Her positive attitude and calm demeanor make the entire visit smooth and enjoyable. I really enjoyed my visit! Very friendly and helpful staff, great product, clean store. The deals were unbeatable and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I’ll be back many more times.

I love Surterra! I live a half hour away but I still come tomorrow refill my scripts because they have amazing products and the best service! Thank you for letting me come in and vent while you help me choose the best products.

This has got to be one of the cleanest dispensaries around. And I've been to quite a few in Florida. They have a great selection of edibles now, along with extracts and flower. My only issue is that the points system hasn't been implemented yet and don't get as many discounts(why it's 4/5) as other dispensaries after intial two visits. Still the service and inside are super clean!
