Stopped in the Ocala location yesterday, and I have to say the young lady that helped me out was named Kelli. She was extremely helpful and explained my industry discount quite thoroughly, which of the 6-7 times I’ve been to your Ocala location, no one has broke that down and explained it to me the way she did. She was also very polite and knowledgeable. She is an asset to your company. Thank you for the experience

Allyson is the absolute best. Front start to finish. She explains each item in detail and helps you find the best fits for you. She's informative, shes helpful and just the sweetest young lady. I always look forward to going in and seeing her smiling face. I dont want to sell the guys shirt because they're all great and helpful too. I only go to this specific dispensary because of how great the team is but also the quality of products and the deals. Loyal customers here! Love this specific location.

MOST of the staff was great, (I didn’t bother getting the name of the guy who has no business working with the public) fortunately Alyson made up for the slack and dissolved my irritation quickly. Her attentiveness to the welfare of the shop and charismatic personality was beyond impressive! By the time I left I felt heard, in an authentic and genuine sense. And I couldn’t be happier with my purchases, NAILED IT! Thank you for turning my frown upside down! The world needs more people like her!

Friendly and helpful staff guide you through selections as much or as little as you would like. Ryan is awesome and held the door for us coming in. My partner and I were both shopping and he helped us immediately, pointing out discounts we would have otherwise missed. The gal working with him was also amazing but I didn’t get her name. Easy and very enjoyable experience!

Alyson was my budtender today, and the experience stood out for all the right reasons. I came in with limited funds, and she was genuinely empathetic and respectful of that. Instead of pushing more product, she focused on value—walking me through current specials, helping me find the right combination, and making sure I got the most for what I planned to spend.
