I am home with a painful medical issue and cannot drive right now. I've never ordered cannibas products for delivery before and was so happy this location delivers. This is my first experience ever with RISE, and I couldn't be happier. Great prices and selection of products. But the best part was my amazing delivery person, Jessica. She was so genuinely nice and informative. She stood out in her customer service more than anyone has to me in years. You just don't get what she is often, anywhere you go. I couldn't have been more impressed. Thank you, RISE and Jessica, for helping me when I need it most. I won't forget and will be a RISE customer moving forward.

Im extremely curious about trying this place but COAs not being available online is a full deal breaker. If you spend a day browsing COAs among 10+ pinellas dispensaries, you will find flower packaged as recent as 2 weeks ago, to spme places holding flower 7 to 9 months old. In 2026 COA is a must for intuitive and intelligent consumerism. The best $80 steak reheated 3 days later may not taste as good as the freshest cooked Whataburger meal. Without knowing the context of date - everything else means nothing. Please upload COAs, your brand looks appealing and interesting. But there is too much established quality flower in Pinellas to gamble with your money and rely on hope.
3 stars because I dont know - maybe this flower is somwthing id pass on. Maybe if I could read a COA confirming my money will be well spent, id be on the way to you guys within 48 hours and find a new favorite place. Thats why this is frustrating, maybe you guys have the best flower in town. Drop the COA and show off how good it is.

RISE is easily one of the best dispensaries I’ve ever been to!! It’s clean, organized, and always welcoming. The energy in the store is great, and the staff really know their stuff. Every visit feels easy and stress-free, and the selection is always top-tier with fair prices and quality products.
I especially want to shout out Adolfo, who went above and beyond to make my visit amazing. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and he genuinely takes the time to understand what you’re looking for. He explained everything clearly, gave thoughtful recommendations, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. His positive attitude and professionalism make such a difference and he truly cares about helping customers find exactly what works best for them.
If you go to RISE, ask for Adolfo!! he’ll take great care of you! Between the excellent service, great vibes, and awesome staff, RISE definitely deserves all 5 stars. 🌿💚

Stopped by to get help with my gasteroparesis, fibromyalgia, small nerve neuropathy and generalized pain today.
I was greeted by an extremely clean and well maintained store. When entering the building I was immediately greeted by Iain.
Once he found out I was new he immediately helped me establish a rewards account and reviewed procedure, while he set up the store profile. After he proceeded to give me a tour of the beautiful facility and its offering.
When needed they have a consultation room to ask and learn about anything you may need. They offer restrooms, seating, and pamphlets or brochures for you to research before you buy or you can simply ask as well. They also offer goodies shirts and a few memorable items for sell.
They offer tinctures, flower, chocolate edibles, vapes, and some tools as seem fit for the product. ( lighters, vapes. Herbal inhalers. Rolling papers..etc)0
Max assisted me at the register during checkout and was very fast and to the point. He made sure to stay kind empathetic and attentive during the transaction.
Overall Iain and max made for a warming and comforting experience today filled with lots of knowledge, respect, and empathy for they're clients.
