Every time I come into this location, I am always greeted by my favorite person, Bella :) and its not often im here, and when I do come in, Bella recognizes me and always knows what my interests are. This location is hands down the best in the area. The staff is friendly & efficient; they get through the queue of patients fast without ever making you feel rushed. The welcoming and clean environment is what sets it apart from others. Chris and Denise were working today and they are some of the best employees here, they are supper knowledgeable with products and recommendations. I would also like to acknowledge Cameron, Mel, and Keke, although they weren't there this time, they always exceed expectations with excellent customer service and positive attitude.

This is the worst place to go! Every time it never fails I place an order and after explained about the express process it only applies apparently to staff preference. I order online, got my order was ready email, picked the express option, received the its my turn email and the supposed General Manager Mel went out to call the list, literally looked at my face and let 2 others ahead of me when it was my turn. i asked her she continue with whoever she was attending and told me i'll get to you next. I don't have a problem with the wait, my problem is if you have a procedure why be selective on how the process works? if shes the general manager she don't know how procedures, that her own company that she works for has implemented? if not then why she even at that position or further more why have the option for express if is only being usd in selective occasions. You want to be taking serious or just another place that hires people to meet quotas or fill positions. A GM that doesn't even know the procedures in place. You can say is computer generated all you want, how about some critical thinking skills to read the room and understand what's going on. Once again another horrible experience! Can we hire capable or knowledgeable people? You're dealing with medical patients for Gods sake!
