The staff at the St Pete office are absolutely TERRIFIC!! Knowledgeable and friendly ALL the time. My only complaint is with the company. I’ve used your products for 4 years-. I feel like they’re superior to the other dispensaries. Unfortunately, you have been without a tincture oil (Zen) and Zen vapes for a LONG time?! Any deliveries coming anytime soon????

This dispensary sucks!! First you can't buy nothing unless you use your patient discounts first,which is stupid. I shouldn't have to be forced to use my patient discounts if I don't want to. Most places let you save them!! THEN TO TOP IT OFF YOU CANT EVEN USE YOUR FIRST PATIENT DISCOUNTS ON A WHOLE OUNCE-ONLY UP TO 5 EIGHTHS AT REGULAR PRICE!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK. That crazy I was forced to use my discount!!!! This is a really really bad managed dispensary. EVERYBODY IN MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL EVEN IF U CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE #. THEIR EMLOYEES ARE ALLOWED TO TREAT AND TALK TO THE PATIENT HOWEVER THEY FEEL LIKE AND IS ACTUALLY ENCOURAGED. I would strongly recommend Someplace else like GOLDFLOWER OR SUNBURN HAS REALLY REALLY GOOD FLOWER!

Surterra Wellness on 4th St. in St. Petersburg has a warm, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Very friendly. Paul was great! Answered all my questions and helped me pick out some things I was looking for, plus some additional treats. Definitely coming back. Would recommend to friend.

I always have a great experience at Surterra Saint Pete! The staff is incredibly considerate of their patients’ time, and the process is always smooth and efficient. The facility itself is spacious, well-organized, and has something for everyone, which makes every visit even better. A special shoutout to Micah for being so pleasant and quick to pack up my online order right after I placed it. Standing while in pain is never fun, so I truly appreciate the team’s effort to get orders ready so fast. Thank you, Micah, and the rest of the amazing staff for making every visit such a positive one! Highly recommend!
