I have been with them since my first visit in 2023. I really appreciate never having to worry about remembering my renewal as they send email reminders with plenty of notice to avoid a lapse as I have a tendency to put things off just to forget about it. Once your appointment is over, they are super quick to put in your script. They say allow 24 hours but I have had it in as little as 2 hours. I have never felt judged AT ALL and they are completely knowledgeable about every available form of administration. I use a variety of methods to combat certain ailments and knowing which form would work better for which target area helped tremendously to maximize relief!! Sorry for the long review but being in pain for so long and finally getting relief has been a blessing!!

The whole process was as simple as it could be, they went out of their way to assist with my situation/appointment, and the day of my appointment was very relaxed, and the meet, and greet with the doctor was amazing. He took the time to help me understand how the process works here in Florida, and I received my license very quickly from the state, and I was able to use my medical approval immediately to purchase goods while waiting for my card to arrive.
