Planet13 New Tampa employees are the best! 1000000000/10 would recommend for customer service. You WILL be taken care of with love and respect at New Tampa. I’m personally not a fan of the changes corporate has implemented. Loyalty points changes and system changes that cause issues for the employees and customers at each visit. To be clear my dissatisfaction is with the decision makers not the people meant to implement said changes and deal with it. All team members at New Tampa including ASM, SM, and RVP are some of the most wonderful humans you may ever meet. I love their mission to give back to the community I just hope for positive change in these systems. Our world is hard enough on mental health we don’t need our MEDICINE jeopardized.

Finally! I can finally review the store as a whole. The team, amazing! Always able to put trust in asking for opinions or suggestions at Tampa-Downs. This store is always clean, well stocked and very well informed on their product. I always look forward to a trip into this Planet 13!

Very upset about my last experience. I have been coming to this location for years. Even before they changed companies. I've done online orders in the past and they have always honored the price on the receipt even if its past 24 hours. I went this last time and without any notice, they claim they've never done that. The manager Amedeus was actually the one who did it previously. To be told no they wont do it and to not offer a manger or some concession for a long time customer is extremely disappointing. I will not be back to this location and have taken my business to another company.

Very high energy and amazingly entertaining group. Riley made some very good rekkommendations and I’m soooo ready to indulge when I get home!!

awesome place my new fav!!! people working here are confident and know what they’re talking about. Logan is awesome and Brittany is super sweet. Super perfect place with good deals and even better products. 10/10 would recommend!!!!!
