Trulieve Tampa Citrus Park Dispensary

My man Malcom is awesome! Easily one of the best most knowledgeable staff members I’ve met at Trulieve. He’s super friendly, hilarious, and really knows his stuff. He hooked me up with a great recommendation for a concentrate dab device and some amazing live concentrate—both were spot on! You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers get exactly what they’re looking for without exclusively pushing the high-dollar merch. Thanks for making every visit such a good vibe, Malcom!

Sam is the absolute best! All of the other staff is great too - highly recommend this store. There are 3 Trulieves in my area but I always come to this one. They're knowledgeable and spend a lot of time with each patient

I have been a patron for 2 years. Their inventory is quite varied. There are a number of retail stores whose staff could learn something about courtesy and professionalism from these people. I heartily endorse.

I can not speak more highly of this location and its staff!!!!!!!!!!! They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and are always happy to help. They are honest and will not steer you wrong with recommendations. The store is always clean, and the wait, if there is one, is always reasonable. I will continue to be a patient here as long as their doors are open!!!

Been coming here since they open, big supporter , had a couple incident with reward points , mind you I probably drop a couple of hundred every other day and the manager at this location , the guy is always a prick no customer skills no retention mindset. Thuggish kind of way take it or leave it . I love the brand but this location and this dispensary won’t be getting any of our business . People buy from people they like and the manager Jose is arrogant and lacks customer service skills . No deescalation and very in your face . I seem him always treat patience this way and today was my turn.
