Trulieve Tampa Dispensary Busch

I have been going to this dispensary every since I got my medical marijuana card. I'm also a military veteran and I'm registered in there system as a veteran unfortunately today I was told that they don't give military discounts on their products in the past I would always get military discounts on products that are regularly priced items, today was totally different . If you are a Military Veteran I recommend that you do your research and find a dispensary that honors Military Veterans today is my last time ever going to Trulieve and I will make sure that any Veterans that I know avoid this dispensary by all means.

You guys are awesome. I was the one that was ready to fight that guy that was being rude to you guys trying to exchange money with his wife at the counter. You guys dealt with that so gracefully. Just for the record, too: both him and his wife were out in the parking lot giving their purchases to a truck full of other people. I'd stop serving them if I were you guys. I'm sure you'll remember exactly who they were and who I am.

Very unprofessional experience. I walked in and no one greeted me, so I waited to be called up. Then someone else walked in, and they were helped right away. The only reason I was acknowledged was because another customer pointed out that I had been there first. The manager with multicolored hair was extremely rude and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone — it honestly felt like she was barking at me. Completely unacceptable behavior.

I like how everyone is very professional and friendly never had to wait more than 5 minutes when busy
