Trulieve Tampa Dispensary Fairgrounds

I shop Curaleaf. I haven’t been to Trulieve in years. I went to this location today simply due to convenience and poor weather. I was reminded the moment I stepped inside why I no longer go to Trulieve. There was no one at the reception area so I walked in to the main area just like I would at Curaleaf. Two females were working, one of the two very rudely yelled “Go to the lobby and wait!” She didn’t even look up and make eye contact with me. One of the two men being checked out by them called her out and told her to at least say please and thank you. I thanked him for speaking up. Neither of the employees apologized and said nothing and had an attitude during the remainder of my transaction. I also paid $10 more lower quality product there than I do at Curaleaf. Find a better location if you’re still shopping Trulieve. I’ll never go back.

I love this place for more reasons than I'm gonna list. Only 1 complaint. No tablets in the lobby so it takes a little longer to get in and out. Khalifa Kush strains are worth the wait tho.

My favorite dispensary in Tampa!! “Shy” is the best budtender I’ve had to date. She’s highly educated on terpenes and their effects, which I needed. She finds the best and most affordable strain each time I visit. Plus, is super friendly!! Also, they have the best hours around. I was able to get bud on a Sunday at 7:50pm (last min realization I was about to be out) & they were happy to have my business. :)

I had an excellent experience thanks to the manager (Amanda). They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. The manager took the time to explain different products without being pushy, which really made me feel comfortable. The shop itself is well-organized and welcoming, and it’s clear that the manager takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. Great customer service like this makes all the difference—I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great customer service! The employees are very knowledgeable and the best part is not feeling rushed. They take the time to answer all of your questions. Thumbs up across the board!
