I was at the Flowery a few days back and had a wonderful experience. The store was much nicer than others I've visited. The best part of the experience is that I was assisted by a young woman named Bella. She seemed to have way more knowledge than her years led me to fathom. She was kind, patient and gave the kind of customer service one returns for.

Mark, Bella and Haley at the Venice store have been amazing, helpful and make me feel very comfortable when I come in. I do not shop anywhere else because of the service at The Flowery in Venice. Specifically, the three people I mentioned always help me and I always leave with a good selection of medicine. Mark usually helps the most with me because he was the first person I met while shopping. In my opinion, everyone deserves a raise at the Venice branch.!
