This location has really stepped up their game in the past year. Wait times are down, the product selection and quality are on point, and Heather was amazing! Super knowledgeable and friendly. If you've had bad experiences here in the past, as I'm sure we all have, I recommend giving them another chance, you won't be disappointed. Also, this current batch of Cake Face is 🔥

RUDE AS HELL!!! I will never go to this location again!! First off they were ONLY helping express orders ignoring the walk in clients. Their employee sold me the wrong item and I used my debit to pay and paid $3 for the atm fee. They were willing only to give me a credit for product but not the atm fee. 3rd party vendor or not, their employee sold me the wrong thing and not my fault. The manager, some chic with brown hair, told me that using my hands while speaking is threating her😐, and I wasn’t accepting her answer as she was in no way accepting responsibility for the wrong product and refund the entire amount including atm fee. She ended up telling me to get out then some crazy lady in the lobby was screaming at me to leave WHEN I WASNT IN THE WRONG!!!!! I will never go to this location again after years of going to this store.
I called customer service right away and not only did they give me the $3 plus the cost of the product but they even said they wouldn’t shop there anymore either.
This is medically prescribed and they have no idea why I was approved and did not care if they were triggering me. I’ve never been treated like such trash.
In no way would that $3 atm fee hurt that business and that manager was not willing to do what was right!!! I still only got a store credit and my money was never refunded!! CROOKS!!!
They need better staff!!!! LOOK AT THE REVIEWS TRULIEVE AND DO BETTER!!! THIS IS AN ON GOING PROBLEM!! FIRE THAT MANAGER!!!!! She absolutely should NOT be in customer service!! SHE IS HORRIBLE !!!!

This used to be the top dispensary in town until it quit carrying all the popular strains. They had promised, on Twitter, that they would keep Member Berry in stock since it was so popular but they lied about that. There are many popular strains that they used to have in stock but no longer do. At the time of writing this, the strains they have I've never even heard of and their prices are insanely high! I'm a disabled Paramedic and I don't see how people purchase $60 flower. That's crazy to me. It's the noisiest dispensary but the people that work there are very nice and they are able to help with what product will be best for you.I have no problem with the staff. My problem is with the prices and what they have/don't have in stock. My favorite dispensary is Sunnyside. Their products are consistant and the staff are like family. Their products are top notch and I never pay more than $30 for flower. Maybe Trulieve is the dispensary for the rich? Unfortunately it seems to be.

Sounds like I’m not the only one with an unpleasant experience with your manager! She is one of the rudest most uninviting customer service reps I’ve ever met. She intentionally drug her feet and acted like she could only help “express” patients despite me sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes and never given the opportunity to check in. I asked multiple times to check in and she never helped me. Once I knew it was my turn and had waited over 30 minutes she refused to help me and said “sorry have to wait till the next express patient is here so I can help him. His order has been in for 12 minutes.” She seemed excited when she said it. I had been there over 30. THERES A CURALEAF AND MÜV right down the street with 10x the customer service of this lady.

LISTEN, with all due respect, my parents went to your location today to pick up an order and dealt with a very RUDE woman…. She’s a FULL figured, Middle aged woman that apparently is always working there and my folks have dealt with her before……She charged my parents $35 for a battery that was priced $10!!!!! My parents come for your sales!!! They are retired and aren’t made of money. Prices all over are HIGH enough as it is! NO PUN! They don’t have the guts to leave review but I WILL. Why does everything have to be so difficult!? She is always rude to them. They absolutely HATE coming to your store and I told them go take their business to MÜV!!! You guys should be HELPFUL. She sounds like a scammer to me. WATCH OUT FOR THIS WOMAN! Here is a pic of the $10 battery that cost my parents $35!!! It’s cheap and flimsy! Worth about $10! Not even $20!! What a JOKE!
