There is no longer any business there it has closed. wasted my gas on a trip from Morehead.

Very knowledgeable. The gentleman that assisted me was patient, answered all of my questions, and was very helpful. I left with exactly what I needed and I will definitely be back when I need more. I have to add an edit to my review. After a few days of trying the product I put y, I don’t feel that it is doing what I was told it would do. As a matter of fact, I feel no noticeable difference after consuming the gummy. It is no different to me than if I ate a candy gummy from the store. I purchased the 2nd level from the bottom in mg as I do not regularly consume any type of product like this so I’m not used to it. I will go back, however, and talk to them some more, but at this time I am lowering the 5 star rating to 3.

I would’ve left reviews on Facebook, but conveniently there’s no place to review this location. So I guess I’ll leave one here or until it gets deleted. The products are great but the customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced out of any retail establishment I’ve ever traded with. They literally never have product on hand. They’re always “out of stock” on anything decent whatsoever. I even visited the Huntington WV location only to find it’s closed down. They didn’t even bother to take the google listing down. They never answer the phones either. I finally got sick and tired of them always being out of stock on things and switched to an online retailer with equally good product and better customer service. Great products but very very poor customer service.

Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly staff with exceptional products. Their products have done so much for me; I will be a lifelong customer of the Eastern Kentucky Hemp Company.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Amazing and fast-expanding selection of products. Truly something for everyone. Nice way to buy local and support the EKY region during the hemp boom.
