This place is awesome. ❤️ I started shopping here last year and I'm so happy that I stopped in. Typically I order online, but each time I've visited in person, they have a lovely selection, decent prices, and friendly staff. Insofar as ordering, shipping is so fast! The one time I had a problem with my address (my error) and contacted them to correct it, they were quick to respond and I received my order with zero issues. Marketing emails are not overly frequent, which is nice, and they're among the few I actually read. Thanks, y'all. You help keep me sane. (Well, more sane.) 😁

Normally I would give 5 stars but this recent order said it was being delivered by UPS because its faster! Nope no go. Its been over a week and still not here

I have to resend my original review of this Dispensary. Nancy is the best customer service rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was patient and thorough while helping me resolve not receiving my package. She made my experience much more enjoyable. Thank you so much for your help!

Today was my first time visiting One Love & I already know I’ll be back! McKenna was so sweet & helpful & immediately knew what to recommend for my anxiety & pain management. Also super happy that they do veteran discounts!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Spoke to a gentlemen at the bardstown road location. He was able to help me get transferred to someone for an online order. Because of the two of them, my order arrived even sooner than the date it was supposed to. Thank you to Brandi and the gentlemen at the bardstown location. You guys are awesome!
