How to Get a Card

Patients need a certification from a Massachusetts-registered physician and register with the Cannabis Control Commission. Fee is $50.

Massachusetts was the first East Coast state to open recreational cannabis sales, which began in November 2018 after a 2016 ballot initiative. The Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) oversees all licensing and regulation.
