Purchased a cart recently that didn’t work. I was told nothing could be done, no discount, nothing. I have alao reached out to the manager with no response. I was a weekly customer for years that tipped. Also, I bought a new vape pen a couple months back; i’m used to the old gens where you press the button and it just works. The new gens has a lot more functions, like different settings and press so many times to turn on. I called the store and they couldn’t explain to me how to use it. LOL Beware of this place and stay away.

I’ve been faithful to this place for the last 4 years! I’ve been so disappointed the last year. There’s absolutely no consistency in anything anymore. The flower has gone down hill drastically. And when you order online you might not get the THC level you thought you were getting! I thought I was getting 27% and ended up getting 22% many times. They’ve gone through employees in the last year like crazy so that says a lot! And if you ask a question to 2 different bud tenders you’re going to get a different answer from each! And it’s not their fault it’s the information they get from above. The employee’s in Brewer are all great! I moved 2 hours north last year and have been driving down every week to get my weed from here but I’m done! Get it together Wellness Connection!
