Jenna and Ben are some of the best people around! Extremely personable and make you feel incredibly welcome as you walk through the doors. Complete honesty when it comes to certain products, they’ve never steered me wrong with their suggestions! ECC has a tremendous staff all around but these two are gems!

Simone is absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! She's even better than that! She helped me the very first time I went to East Coast in 2022 and definitely made a lasting impression! She remembered my birthday and greeted me with a "Happy Birthday Tabitha!" as soon as I walked thru the door! She's friendly, warm, inviting, knowledgeable, helpful and so much more! She is definitely one of my favs!
