Great layout for the shop and some good selections. The sales person was extremely helpful and friendly and I was very satisfied with my purchase.

I paid another visit to ECC Waterville recently and had another great experience. I love this place!! It is clean, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It also smells great.This time Cody took care of me. He answered all my dumb questions and never tried to rush me. I had a cartridge that got plugged up so he gave me a great discount on a replacement. Once again, great service and product selection. I’ll be back. Try them out. You won’t be disappointed. 👍

First time in ECC, typically a Sweet Dirt loyalist. Aiden was great, able to guide someone completely unfamiliar with their menu to selections to fit my needs easily and with a pleasant, welcoming demeanor. For people from out of state, for whom dispensaries are unfamiliar and thus a bit intimidating, it was awesome to be helped by someone so cool. Appreciate ya, Aiden. I'll be back

Every single time I come in and she is there she is helpful even if she isn’t my personal budtender.. the whole staff at this location is amazing.. but she always stands out to be super nice and helpful!

Cierra was knowledgeable, attentive, and very approachable, she spoke to me like a human being and a customer at the same time. Whilst handling the transaction process, professionally, and notifying me about sales, products and the rewards system. She also notified me about the discounts I’d be receiving.
