I came running into Collectove in Billerica MA and super late 10:55 ( they close at 11pm) went to purchase and realized I did not have the correct amount on me or any card. I had just drove from Manchester NH and was bumming. Knowing I was completely in the wrong I apologized and the fantastic , wonderful, friendly, customer service expert, the best person I've ever dealt with at a a dispensary., the phenomenal Kelly, she made sure that I did not leave their empty-handed and it meant the world to me. Tomorrow is my birthday and it's been two long very hard years for myself and something as simple as a $5 thing made my year. I can not thank Kelly and the crew enough for staying open a couple extra minutes and made my everything all better!!
Love coming here. Great people, great deals. I have to shout out Julia my budtender today. Some flower I pre-ordered was sold out :( she helped me pick something out that I am sure will do the trick. She was a great help today and so kind. THANK YOU.

One of my favorite places to go. Staring to memorize some of the faces that work there. Everyone there seems pretty chill and helpful. They really bring the energy with their seasonal decor. However- the place would be so much better if dogs were just there to pet all the time. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.

I love coming here. Always good vibes and deals. Bree and Shannon helped me out one night at check-out and I had to come back in and thank them/give them the $2 they used to finish my transaction back. So grateful!

Dawn at the Billerica location was amazing! And deserves to be recognized! She was very helpful and knowledgeable of all the products and knew exactly what days to recommend coming back for specific deals collective runs weekly. Because of her! I’ll be a returning customer! She even made sure to inform me of the Yeti contest! The person who checked out my Dad didn’t even mention the raffle contest to him! People like Dawn deserve to be recognized for their hard work and efforts!
