‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️I want to share my experience here because it was completely unacceptable. I ordered a vaporizer online from this store and picked it up in person. After leaving, I realized that I had been given the wrong product. I returned to the store within about 10 minutes and calmly explained the situation. I had specifically ordered a sativa model, but they gave me a different brand that was indica. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff tried to convince me that the order was correct. They claimed that the word “indica” on the product could be confusing and insisted that this was the model I had selected. However, I clearly showed them my order — both the model and the type (sativa) were completely different. Despite this, their explanation made no sense. I had my receipt and asked for a return, but they flatly refused. On top of that, the staff spoke to me in a mocking and dismissive manner. As I was leaving the store — with no other customers inside — one of the employees shouted “IDIOT” at me, openly insulting me. Let me be very clear: Do not come under this review later to apologize or claim this was a “misunderstanding.” Simply review the security camera footage from December 25, 2025 at 7:05 PM. The insult will be clearly visible and audible. There is no excuse for this behavior. They gave me the wrong product, I went out of my way to return and correct the mistake, they refused the return, and then I was verbally insulted. This was one of the most humiliating and disrespectful experiences I have ever had in Boston. Completely unprofessional behavior.

Bought a “Live Resin” disposable that turned out to be a distillate blend without being advertised as one online. 99.9% distillate, .001% live resin. Turned around 5 minutes after buying to be told by the GM the best he can do is 20% off a FUTURE order, no refund, not even an exchange. The actual cashiers were incredibly sweet and helpful. GM shouldve found a better solution. He just lost my business. If you falsely advertise something, you should be willing and able to rectify that mistake for the customer so they leave happy, not offer a bandage for their wounds.

This place Forever had a Bud Counter that was 90+tax for any strain. Went last time and they raised the price on half the counter to 115+ tax … Most was the same stuff they had forever for 90. Not worth it now :( to bad. Used to go every week - my friends and I get better prices at UNIONTWIST 2 mules away

Oh man, this used to be my spot until today I realized all the good weed now got raised in price. All the bulk spark used to be 110 an ounce out the door. Now it’s over 132 dollars. I have bought literally hundreds of ounces there and send so many people to castle leaf. Now I will not be recommending to nobody because I see you guys are money driven. Not for the people just for your pockets. You put all the shittt weed for the low now and the good weed that has been bringing in people, now you raise it?!?! During all this time of inflation you guys gotta do that. DO NOT GO TO CASTLE LEAF UNTIL THEY PUT THEIR PRICES BACK DOWN AND THE GOOD WEED BACK WHERE IT BELONGS. All the cheaper weed is TRASH. I’ve spent thousands of dollars and I only started going there about a year ago. And all the people I’ve sent only go there now but they don’t even want to go because the ounces we got all the time were raised for no reason.

i love this place so much. i’ve been coming here since it opened, you really cannot beat the price and customer service. everyone who works there is so awesome and helpful. great vibes. i recommend this place to everyone i know. my one complaint that i am humbly begging for- PLEASE add more live resin/rosin cartridge options. the vast majority of their vape stock is flavored distillate disposables. this used to be my one stop shop, but since they stopped carrying live resin carts reliably i’ve been going other places. maybe even Natural Selections LR liquid diamond carts or something? Superflux? please. thanks love you guys
