The girl at the entrance was very nice to me.but I have to say different experience with the old man behind the counter he was a rude and thought he knew everything.i think he needs to work on his customer service skills.overall they might not make it unless they treat customers better

Awesome spot! Found by mistake. Customer service was beyond great. Kendrick welcomed me as soon as I walked in (had a customer in front of him and still greeted me). Definitely will be coming back off the service alone. Thank you guys. Didn't catch the other gentleman's name but both were super cool.

Low key is the place to go for all of your "needs"! They are always so friendly and the quality is always top tier! Atmosphere is welcoming and good vibes! My fave place to go and also helps that they are right down the street!

Great place. So happy for West Roxbury and Lokey. They are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Kendrick and Jeff and everyone I personally have meet make me feel like family. Destiny is a great knowledgeable person. I'm a frequent flower buyer and the quality and prices you can't go wrong. My peeps know I wouldn't lead you wrong.
